Balance and Strength Exercises

Group exercise sessions with a focus on promoting strength, mobility and balance in a fun, supportive, social setting.

Staying active as you get older is important for your mental and physical health and wellbeing. Even a slight increase in activity can improve your health, reduce the risk of many diseases, and help maintain a healthy weight.

Our Balance and Strength exercise sessions give you the opportunity to participate in a group that provides motivation and social interaction. Choose the activities that you enjoy and participate in a safe environment with support, advice and supervision from a trained exercise professional.

Our fun, easygoing groups will help you make new friends while improving your fitness!
