ANFE Community Care's Disability Support Program encourages the independence and social and economic participation of people with disability and enable them to exercise choice and control in the pursuit of their goals and service supports

ANFE COMMUNITY CARE IS APPROVED FOR:

Participating in the community via group and individual support
In line with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) ANFE Community Care
will help people with a disability by providing an individual service with a wide range
of choice and support.
The NDIS focuses on encouraging participants to take a more active role in
making lifestyle choices and decisions to achieve their goals.
