We ask service users and carers to provide personal and health-related information so that appropriate services can be provided.

 ANFE Community Care updates personal information on a regular basis but we ask that people inform  ANFE Community Care if their circumstances change.

Participants have the right to access personal information held by  ANFE Community Care and may request that inaccurate or incomplete information be corrected.
