One-to-One Program

The One-to-One (Social Support Individual) Program is a transport service designed to assist people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds over the age of 65.

Our One-to-One Program provides transport to individuals and small groups, allowing consumers to attend appointments and activities of their choice.

This service operates in both the Eastern and Western Metropolitan areas of Adelaide.

The One-to-One Program can provide assistance by offering transport to many places including:

Doctors Appointments

Grocery Shopping

Specialist Appointments

Banking

Nursing Homes Visits

Cemetery Visits
