One-to-One Social Support Program

The One-to-One Social Support Program is a transport service designed to assist people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds over the age of 65.

​The program provides one-to-one and small group access to transport, allowing participants to attend activities and appointments of their choice.

This service operates in both the Eastern and Western Metropolitan areas of Adelaide

The One-to-One Social Support Program can provide assistance by offering transport to:


  • Doctor's Appointments

  • Shopping Centres

  • Grocery Shopping 

  • Specialist Appointments

  • Banking

  • Collection of Prescriptions

  • Family Events

  • Social Outings

  • Cemetery Visits
